Resolving a Dispute

The following dispute processes are valid for all Generic Top Level Domains.

To guarantee holders of marks a fast, advantageous and simple method of recovering a domain name held by a holder acting in bad faith, ICANN has established the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).

A faster, and more cost-effective, procedure for cases of the most flagrant violations is: Rapid Suspension System (URS).
