Service Order Legacy Services
This Service Order (hereinafter "SO") forms an integral and substantive part of the General Terms and Conditions of Service (hereinafter “GTC") published on Swizzonic's website (https://www.swizzonic.ch/company/legal/general-conditions-of-service/?lang=en). The GTC and this SO establish the terms and conditions for the provision of Legacy Services (hereinafter "Service") by Swizzonic to the customer (hereinafter "Customer"). The capitalized terms used in this SO have the same meaning as defined in the GTC. The commercial offer of the Service regulated in this Service Order are published on www.swizzonic.ch/help/legacy-product-list/ ("Offer") and it forms an integral part of this SO.
- Object of the Service Order
This SO relates to services that used to be offered by Swizzonic on the website www.swizzonic.ch until 28/06/2022, (hereinafter "Legacy Services"). Existing Swizzonic Customers may renew Legacy Services as an interim solution until such Legacy Services are modified or terminated by Swizzonic
- Conclusion and activation of the Service
The completion and sending of this SO by the Customer to Swizzonic implies full acceptance of the SO, the GTC and its annexes by the Customer. This SO, the GTC and its annexes will apply to any renewal of Legacy Services on www.swizzonic.ch
- Legacy Services
The following Legacy Services may be renewed under the terms of this SO:
3.1. Hosting Services
a) Web /Web Swiss
With the service WEB / WEB Swiss Swizzonic provides you with services within an online infrastructure, as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for WEB / WEB Swiss.
b) TOOL Premium, TOOL Basic
With the service TOOL Swizzonic provides you with a toolbox to create a website within an online infrastructure, as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for TOOL and the applicable terms of use of the third-party provider
c) Mail
With the service MAIL Swizzonic provides you with e-mail services within an online infrastructure, as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for MAIL.
d) HEX, HEX Light
With the service HEX, HEX Light Swizzonic provides you with e-mail services within an online infrastructure, as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for HEX, HEX Light and the applicable terms of use of the third-party provider.
e) PRESENCE
The service PRESENCE consists of a Managed WordPress Hosting as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic.
f) smart@work
The service smart@work includes the service Microsoft OFFICE 365 Business with the services installation support, migration support and customer support according to the specifications published on the website of Swizzonic.
3.2. Hosting Add-Ons
a) WEB Swiss Plus
With the Hosting Add-On WEB Swiss Plus Swizzonic provides you in conjunction with the service WEB Swiss with additional space as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for WEB Swiss Plus and the applicable terms of use of the third-party provider.
b) MAIL upgrade
With the Hosting Add-On MAIL upgrade Swizzonic provides you in conjunction with the service MAIL with additional space as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for MAIL upgrade and the applicable terms of use of the third-party provider.
c) SHOP / SHOP Pro
With the Hosting Add-On SHOP and SHOP Pro Swizzonic provides you in conjunction with the service TOOL with an online shop as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for SHOP and SHOP Pro and the applicable terms of use of the third-party provider.
d) E-Commerce
With the Hosting Add-On E-Commerce Swizzonic provides you in conjunction with the service PRESENCE an online shop as described in the respective specifications published on the website of Swizzonic for ECommerce and the applicable terms of use of the third-party provider.
- Duration of service
This SO shall be effective from the renewal date until the termination of the SO by the Customer or by Swizzonic.
- Remuneration of the Service
The Remuneration for the provision of the Service is the amount indicated in www.swizzonic.ch/help/legacy-product-list/?lang=en and also indicated in the Swizzonic Customer control panel at the time of the renewal request. The provision of the Service is deemed to have been agreed from the time of payment of the Service remuneration by the Customer.
